2.3 Course Access: Upon successful payment, you will gain access to the course materials for the duration specified in the course description. Access to the course may be limited to a specific timeframe, so please refer to the course details for the specific dates and duration.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1 Refund Policy: We strive to deliver high-quality courses and provide value to our participants. However, if you find the course does not meet your expectations, we offer a refund policy subject to the conditions outlined below.

3.2 Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request in writing to our customer support at least three (3) days before the start of the course. Please include your full name, contact information, and reasons for requesting a refund.

3.3 Course Participation: To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have engaged with the course content as outlined in the course materials. This may include completing specific modules, assignments, or assessments, as specified in the course requirements.

3.4 Refund Processing: Once we receive your refund request, we will review it diligently. If your request meets the refund eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, text, graphics, and associated intellectual property rights, are the sole property of HeartSpeak® International. No part of the course content may be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent from HeartSpeak® International.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Limitation of Liability: HeartSpeak® International and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our courses or the use of course materials.

6.2 Personal Responsibility: Participation in our courses is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your choices, actions, and outcomes during and after the course. HeartSpeak® International shall not be responsible for any personal injury, emotional distress, or any adverse consequences resulting from your decisions or actions.

6.3 Course Modifications: HeartSpeak® International reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course or course materials at its discretion. In such cases, HeartSpeak® International will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants and provide suitable alternatives, if available.
